I first found Kai. I was doing a doomscroll on TikTok and I was in a super dark place and his big smile and stuff, he was doing a live on TikTok and his meditation honestly like changed my morning around and I promised myself that I would join his program as soon as I was able to and unfortunately it took a while but I took the plunge for the new year and I have no regrets.
