These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the coaching services and programs provided by hicoachkai LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) through our websites, platforms, or communications (collectively, the “Services”). By enrolling in, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCESS

Our Services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES

hicoachkai LLC provides coaching, not therapy. While our programs may address emotional intelligence, trauma-related themes, and inner child work, they are not a substitute for psychological or medical care. We do not diagnose, treat, or offer medical or mental health services. You agree to seek professional assistance where necessary.

3. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

You may participate in private coaching, group coaching, live workshops (some of which may be recorded), and pre-recorded courses. By joining any program, you agree to:

· Engage respectfully and uphold confidentiality.

· Refrain from sharing personal attacks, hate speech, or triggering content without appropriate warnings.

· Acknowledge that any recorded group sessions or workshops may be shared within the coaching community.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove participants who violate these guidelines.

4. RECORDINGS AND CONSENT

All live workshops and group coaching sessions may be recorded and made available to other enrolled clients. By participating, you consent to being recorded and grant hicoachkai LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute these recordings within the program community. You may request to remain off-camera or anonymize your contributions.

5. PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, AND REFUNDS

All prices are in USD. By enrolling, you agree to pay the specified fees, whether as a one-time payment or through an installment plan.

· Late Payments: You have up to 7 days to complete payment before your membership is cancelled.

· Refunds: There is a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of initial purchase. Outside of this window, no refunds will be issued.

· Subscription Renewals: Certain programs or access may auto-renew. You may cancel renewals by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, recordings, workbooks, and materials provided through the Services are the sole property of hicoachkai LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal use only. You may not copy, share, distribute, or replicate the materials without express written consent.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

While we value privacy and confidentiality within our programs, group settings inherently limit absolute confidentiality. You agree to maintain discretion regarding the identities and stories of other participants. hicoachkai LLC is not liable for breaches of confidentiality by other participants.

8. DISCLAIMERS

Results from coaching vary based on individual effort, readiness, and personal context. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. You accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, hicoachkai LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct deemed harmful to the community. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement shall cease immediately.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with U.S. jurisdiction.
